Frequently asked questions
Can I change plans?
Yes. Move up or down whenever your fleet changes. Tell us and we change it. Moving down never deletes anything: if you have more carts or staff than the smaller plan allows, everything stays, and you cannot add more until you are within it.
Is there a contract?
No. AriaFleets is paid month by month, with no contract to get out of.
Can I cancel?
Yes, whenever you like. Tell us and we close the account. Ask first and we will export your data for you.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Your data is yours. Ask, and we will export it for you.
How does the trial work?
It lasts 14 days, with your real data and the Business plan's features whichever plan you choose: up to 30 carts and 10 staff accounts, Advanced Reports, the full activity log and all four roles. It needs no card. Nothing switches off on its own at the end: we talk to you.
What does "custom" mean on Pro?
Reports or configuration built around how one particular business works. We look at what you need and quote it separately; it is not included in the monthly price.
How do I pay?
Studio Aria invoices you, and you pay by bank transfer or in person. Card payment and automatic renewal are not available yet.

Yes. There is no sign-up form. You ask for a demo, and if AriaFleets suits your business we set up your account, carts and staff and walk you through it.
