Effective date: September 28, 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of AriaFlow, a software and web-based application developed, owned, and operated by Studio Aria, Belize.

By creating an account, subscribing to AriaFlow, accessing the service, or using any AriaFlow feature, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using AriaFlow on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

1. About AriaFlow

AriaFlow is a business management platform designed to help businesses manage operational information, transactions, customers, staff, inventory, reservations, reports, activity records, and other supported business functions.

Features may differ depending on the selected plan, subscription level, business type, or configuration.

Studio Aria may improve, modify, replace, or discontinue individual features as AriaFlow develops.

2. Accounts and Access

To use certain AriaFlow features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate and current account information and to keep that information updated.

You are responsible for:

  • protecting your login credentials;
  • restricting access to your account;
  • ensuring that authorized staff use their accounts appropriately;
  • maintaining accurate information for users associated with your business; and
  • notifying Studio Aria promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for activity performed through accounts belonging to your business unless that activity results directly from a security failure attributable to Studio Aria.

AriaFlow may provide different permission levels or roles for business owners, administrators, managers, staff, or other authorized users.

3. Business Responsibility

Businesses using AriaFlow remain responsible for their own operations.

AriaFlow is a business-management tool and does not replace professional legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, employment, financial, or compliance advice.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • information entered into AriaFlow is accurate;
  • your business has authority to collect and process customer and employee information entered into the system;
  • your use of AriaFlow complies with applicable laws and regulations;
  • your staff use the system in accordance with your internal policies; and
  • information generated by AriaFlow is reviewed before being relied upon for important business decisions.

4. Customer Data

You retain ownership of the business information and operational data you or your authorized users enter into AriaFlow.

Using AriaFlow does not transfer ownership of your business data to Studio Aria.

You grant Studio Aria the limited right to store, process, transmit, back up, and otherwise handle that information as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve AriaFlow.

Studio Aria does not claim ownership of your customer lists, business records, sales information, inventory information, reservations, internal notes, or similar operational data.

5. AriaFlow Ownership

AriaFlow, including its software, user interface, design, branding, databases, system architecture, workflows, documentation, source code, and associated intellectual property, is owned by Studio Aria or its licensors.

  • create unauthorized derivative products;
  • resell or sublicense access;
  • interfere with security protections;
  • bypass account, plan, or feature restrictions;
  • access another business's information without authorization; or
  • use AriaFlow for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

6. Subscription Plans and Usage Limits

AriaFlow may be offered under free trials, paid subscriptions, business licences, promotional access, or other arrangements.

Different plans may include different limits relating to features such as:

  • number of users;
  • staff accounts;
  • inventory items;
  • vehicles or assets;
  • reservations;
  • transactions;

Studio Aria may change available plans or pricing for future billing periods. Existing customers will be informed where a change materially affects their subscription.

7. Pricing and Payment

Applicable pricing will be displayed or otherwise communicated before a paid service is activated.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is required according to the billing period associated with the selected subscription or service.

Failure to pay an amount when due may result in:

  • restricted functionality;
  • suspension of paid features;
  • suspension of the account; or
  • termination of service.

Studio Aria may use third-party payment providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

8. Trials and Promotional Access

Studio Aria may offer trials or promotional access.

Trial duration, feature limits, and conversion terms may vary.

Studio Aria may end, modify, or withdraw a trial or promotional offer where reasonably necessary, including where the offer is being abused.

You may not use AriaFlow to:

  • engage in illegal or fraudulent activity;
  • store or distribute unlawful material;
  • access information without authorization;

  • use the service in a manner that materially harms Studio Aria, another user, or the operation of AriaFlow.

10. Security

Studio Aria uses reasonable technical and administrative safeguards designed to protect AriaFlow and the information processed through it.

No software, network, database, or online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are also responsible for maintaining reasonable security practices within your own business, including protecting passwords, controlling staff access, and securing devices used to access AriaFlow.

Studio Aria may release updates, security improvements, interface changes, new functionality, or other modifications.

Some changes may be necessary to maintain security, regulatory compliance, system integrity, or service reliability.

  • misuse of the platform;
  • unlawful activity;
  • material violation of these Terms; or
  • conduct that threatens AriaFlow or other users.

Where appropriate, Studio Aria may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination.

You may stop using AriaFlow at any time.

Cancellation of a paid plan does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for a completed billing period unless required by law or expressly agreed by Studio Aria.

15. Data Following Cancellation

Following cancellation or termination, access to business data may become restricted.

Studio Aria may provide a reasonable period for customers to retrieve or export supported information where technically available.
